RULES OF THE DRIVE-IN
In order to maintain a safe, fun environment, patrons agree by entering the Drive-In to abide by our rules of conduct stated below. Patrons who fail to comply with any of these conditions, at the discretion of management, forfeit their legal right to remain on the premises.
KEEP YOUR TICKET STUB- It is your proof of paid admission. Ticket Stubs must be produced when requested by the staff. No re-admission if you leave the Drive-In. You must purchase another ticket to return. Your ticket allows you access to 1 screen ONLY- sorry NO SCREEN HOPPING at any time.
THE SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH, before moving your vehicle to exit the Drive-In, please check immediately in front and aft to be sure area is clear of people and objects from neighbor’s cars. WAIT for the light to come up to brightness so you can see more clearly and be watchful for small children and people on blankets at all times.
STAY TUNED TO 91.7FM for the back screen and 89.9FM for the front screen. If you choose to listen to music in your car before the movie starts, please keep the volume to a level that ONLY you can hear it in your vehicle.
VEHICLE LIGHTS must remain off during the show. Parking light are acceptable, when parking or exiting after dark; however, headlight and day time running light must remain off once the show begins. Most vehicles have over rides for disabling the running light feature, please read your owner's manual. As a general rule if you turn your vehicle off and remove the ignition key, then apply the parking brake, one notch the vehicle can be restarted and the lights will remain off. If you are unable to disable them please bring opaque material to cover them. INTERIOR LIGHTS are a distraction to other (including pickup truck bed lights), please limit their usage, this also applies to other light sources such as DVD players, computer screen and neon’s. Be sure to uncover or reactivate your light before highway driving.
PLANNING TO WATCH OUTSIDE YOUR VEHICLE please put your blanket or chairs IN FRONT of you vehicle, but not in the traffic lane. Sorry, but sitting on top of your vehicle is prohibited as it can block the view of others and can be dangerous too. Don’t place anything on you the roof of your vehicle (popcorn buckets, drink cups, etc.)
AUXILIARY SPEAKERS are not permitted. High powered systems much be turned down.
THESE ARE STRANGE TIMES so please do NOT leave children unattended. Keep your children under direct supervision of guardian at ALL times. Do not allow them to roam the grounds unaccompanied. Children/patrons found to be disruptive will be asked to remain in the vehicle or leave.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED this includes alcohol and illegal drugs. We will take appropriate steps to insure the safety of our patrons.
NO OPEN YARD CANDLES WITH OPEN FLAME. NO FIREWORKS NO SPARKLERS
PETS - Due to health and safety concerns, only properly ID's service animals meeting the ADA guidelines are permitted at the Drive-In. Any disturbance related to service animals' behavior will be ask to leave. We are sorry, but sharing the movies with your companion is not possible due to safety in such a crowded situation. Thank you for your understanding.
VIDEO TAPING AND PHOTOGRAPHING of the movie on screen (including cell phones) is prohibited by law. Film piracy is a FEDERAL CRIME, if caught you will be reported to the FBI.
NO SHIRT, NO SHOES, NO PANTS no service at the concession stand.
NO LOUD MUSIC, VOICES, VULGAR OR PROFANE LANGUAGE OR ACTIONS as this is a family atmosphere.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE and pick up your trash and dispose of it in the trash cans provided'
VANDALISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED Willful acts of disruption or vandalism will result in expulsion from the drive-in without a refund. Police will be called at our discretion.
